Even If you have little or no prior experience in the staffing industry, our experts can give you the tools to run an SI Staffing franchise. Through a combination of classroom learning and useful resources, we support our franchisees as they work towards their grand opening and beyond.

Classroom Franchise Training

At least four weeks before opening your doors, you’ll join us at our headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland to complete your 40-hour classroom training! You and up to two of your associates can attend the training with no fees required. Our VP of Operations will work with you to show you the ins and outs of our business model, and the most efficient methods of running your business. Operations, management, HR, and software use are a few of the topics you’ll learn about during your initial franchise training. This is your opportunity to ask all of the questions you’d like – our corporate experts are there to provide you with the answers you need.

Ongoing Training

After you’ve completed your initial training, you’ll periodically participate in online refresher courses. These online trainings will help you to refine your practices, and will help you to implement the best practices we’ve identified. SI Staffing is always looking for new ways to help our franchisees run their businesses efficiently. These trainings also give us the opportunity to share our findings with you, helping you to stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes.

A Comprehensive Operations Manual and Other Resources

We’ve developed a comprehensive operations manual to make it easy for franchisees to look up answers themselves. Just about every aspect of day-to-day management is referenced in our operations manual. For franchisees who need a quick answer to a simple question, the operations manual is the go-to resource. We also provide our franchisees with a good deal of other guidance. For instance, we’ve developed a recommended list of prices for our services. This gives franchisees a great place to start when they open their doors. We’ve also developed an SI Staffing website that allows anyone to review our services, and refers potential clients to the franchise in their area. These are just a few of the ways we work to make life easier for our franchise owners.

Initial and Ongoing Franchise Support

We want our investors to feel supported, so we provide them with assistance as they grow their business. First, we’ll join you at your location prior to your grand opening. We’ll work with you to ensure you’re correctly implementing the procedures you learned about in your training. We’ll also help make sure your software and other infrastructure is working smoothly. Furthermore, our franchisees are free to reach out to us by phone or email at any time. We’ll be there to provide them with guidance as they need it.
